< Back Anastasia Holt Costuming Cosplay Well, what can I say about myself that friends and enemies have not already spread across the vastness of space? I have been sewing since I was a small child, very pleased with the ugly pink skirt I made as my first project. I have enjoyed costumes and Halloween and being in plays since I was a baby. My love for this only grew as I immersed myself more in to the culture. I started with anime conventions in 2006 and expanded to pop culture and comic book conventions around 2009. Once I felt the itch of individuality I was introduced to the world of costuming and the rest is history! With almost 40 workmanship and presentation awards under my belt, I feel I am a great source of art, advice and inspiration! < Back Bjorn E. Hasseler Literary Author Bjorn was in a library looking for Timothy Zahn's Thrawn Trilogy when he found David Weber's Honor Harrington books. Once he read those, he saw that Eric Flint's novel 1632 was also from Baen Books and took a chance. It was fantastic and led him to a community where fans were not just allowed to write in the series but encouraged to do so—and got paid. He has written five books and twenty-seven stories. Four of the books are the Neustatter's European Security Service within the 1632 universe. He is the editor-in-chief of Eric Flint's 1632 and Beyond magazine. Other Socials

< Back Jen Brinn Literary Author Jennifer Brinn grew up with her nose in a book, reading everything with a dragon, a spaceship, or a horse on the cover. While she always told herself stories, it never occurred to her to write them down until she needed an elective in high school and chose creative writing. She proudly writes in cursive with fountain pens, knows many useless facts, and loves putting stickers on things. < Back Evelyn Lewis Science Scientist Evelyn is an evolutionary and environmental biologist currently working at Owl Moon Raptor Center, a bird of prey rescue and rehabilitation facility. She earned her degree from Old Dominion University and previously worked at the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk, VA. Her research spans various topics, with published papers on bacteriophages, mating and breeding behaviors of animals in captivity, a conservation reevaluation of the Asian saltwater crocodile, and, her proudest work, a study on public education and engagement in zoo conservation efforts. Her humorous pop culture fantasy debut, Tune in Tomorrow, was published in 2022 by Solaris/Rebellion and reissued in 2024 with additional content by Solaris Nova.
