Pre-Convention Instructions

Welcome to Premium Parking garage P2331 at Harborplace!
Below are instructions on reserving parking in advance, along with a few enforcement notes. You’re welcome to park in any unmarked space when you arrive - please avoid the red reserved spaces and the yellow star spaces. The garage has 2 entrances: one at 101 S. Calvert Street, and one to the right of the Renaissance Hotel.


Reserving Discounted Parking

A reservation can be made through our website (www.premiumparking.com/P2331) or app.

  1. Select “Reserve Parking in Advance”

  2. Select the start and end times of your stay, then select “View Rate”

  3. Select or enter your vehicle information

  4. Apply the promo code

    • If using the website, select “Have a promotion code?”

    • If using the app, select “Apply Promo Code”

  5. Enter code BALTICON26RES and then press “Apply ” for a 55% discount

  6. Proceed with payment instructions

 

Note:

  • Discount applies to parking fee and not card service charges.

  • If you signed in or entered your phone number, a receipt will be sent to you automatically.

  • If you checked out as a guest, select “Would you like e a receipt?” to receive one.

Enforcement
All vehicles must be credentialed within 15 minutes of entering the garage. Failure to do so may result in a warning, invoice, or immobilization. Every invoice includes an option to submit a dispute if you believe it was issued in error or unjustly.

Day of Convention Instructions

Below are instructions on starting your parking session along with a few enforcement notes. You’re welcome to park in any unmarked space. Please avoid the red reserved spaces and the yellow star spaces.


Starting a Parking Session

All hourly and daily parkers must start a parking session within 15 minutes of entering the garage. You can start your session using the Premium Parking app, CameraPay, TextPay, or our website. CameraPay is usually the fastest option.​​​

How to use CameraPay

  1. Scan the QR code to the right (or on red signs in the garage)

  2. Enter your license plate number and state, then select “Continue”

  3. Select the duration of your stay

  4. Select “Promo Code,” enter BALTICON26, then press the red arrow to apply it and receive your 50% discount

   5. Select “Continue” to start your session If you signed in or entered your phone           number, a receipt will be sent to you automatically.
