Programming
Balticon Programming features panels, readings, and workshops for fandom in all its forms. Join us for anything from panels on how to get published to what’s new in the world of paleontology, or sit in our maker space and try your hand at a new craft. Balticon 56 will be held in-person this year, but many items will still be streamed for virtual attendees.
Virtual and Streamed Programming
Virtual access instructions will be emailed to members a week or so before the convention. The following rooms will be streaming all weekend: Maryland Ballroom CD (Main Tent), Watertable, Homeland, Gibson, and Kent. We also have a full weekend of virtual panels in Virtual Panel Rooms 1 and 2, and a Virtual Consuite that will feature readings, concerts, and discussions, along with social space for conversation. Check the schedule for more details.

The program schedule is on-line. The site lists the program schedule, program participants, and lets you create a personal program schedule of items you are interested in.
Selected program items will have ASL interpreters. See the schedule of ASL-interpreted items. Our Virtual and Broadcast events will use the native Zoom closed-captioning.
