Fan Tables
Fan tables are available to fan groups, clubs, and organizations to showcase their group or event during the convention. Fan tables are a great opportunity to promote, recruit new members, raise awareness, and do community outreach. Since Balticon 55 is a virtual event, fan tables will be on our Discord server. All discussions on the fan tables channels are subject to the BSFS Code of Conduct.
Request a Fan Table
Once you arrive at the BSFS Inc Discord server, please accept the Code of Conduct via the Green check mark so that you have the Balticon Attendee role. Next identify yourself and your convention on the #role-requests channel. One of the server admins, probably Kristin, will get you set up.
Once you’ve been assigned the fan tables role you’ll be able to see the Fan Table category. It will be opened broadly a week or so before the con. You will also get access to a private #fan-tables-and-admins-only channel where you can ask questions. If you are interested, you can also use that channel to provide us with an icon to use as a reaction and to trigger a ribbon. Please get that to us before May 22nd.
