Notice to prospective Balticon program participants. Invitations began going out in September, 2010, but we're not finished yet! If you have not gotten your invitation yeat and were expecting one, please drop a line with your name to the program track (Literary, science, children's, art, costuming, TV/Film/Filmmaking, Anime, New Media) you expected to hear from to program@bsfs.org. Once you have confirmation that they are expecting you at Balticon, go to Balticon Guest Survey to complete the participant information form.

A list of potential program ideas is available here. You may send additional ideas to program@bsfs.org. While we welcome program suggestions year round, program item requests received after Feb. 15, 2011, are not as likely to find a program slot.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Most areas of the convention will close at 3:00am each night with the exception of the Anime, Game, and Video Rooms, Filk and the Frankie & Vinnie's Con-suite. These will be open 23 hours a day, allowing one hour down time for housekeeping.

On-line registration is now available!
